Artistic Embroidery Ordering Information

Our in-stock products shown on the products page can be ordered by sending information througn our Contact form. We use Pay Pal and accept payments by check or money order. (Note: Expect a 14 day delay before shipping for check purchases.)

Pricing for custom designed products will be arranged on a case by case basis. You can contact us with your request.

For custom embroidered products we will provide an approximate delivery date. Pre-embroidered products will be shipped within 2 working days of the order date. All items are shipped by US Postal Service Priority Mail.

We cannot be responsible for loss or damage that might occur while your package is in the possession of the U.S. Postal Service. We recommend you insure your order. If your order is lost or damaged we will assist you in filing a claim to replace it. Be sure to ask for insurance pricing when placing an order.
